Description

Calgary Housing (CH) is seeking interested and qualified proponents to provide proposals for Unit Cleaning Services. CH seeks the Services of up to two (2) qualified service providers (“Successful Proponent”) on an as required basis at all CH managed locations in The City of Calgary. The Services includes performing unit cleaning services at vacant and on occasion tenant occupied units. Cleaning is typically required to clean vacant units after suite renovations are complete; however, there will be circumstances where cleaning is requested in an occupied unit or common area.
