The AER Finance Branch, Workplace Services is seeking quotes for pest control services primarily for the following locations: Calgary: Core Research Centre “CRC” 3545 Research Way NW, Calgary Alberta T2L 1Y7 Edmonton: Mineral Core Research Facility “MCRF” 4504 Eleniak Road NW, Edmonton, Alberta T6B 2N1 Scope includes regularly scheduled services and on an “as needed” basis and are further detailed in Appendix 2. The successful Respondent will submit all pricing information using the template in Appendix 3 for either one city’s location or both Calgary and Edmonton locations, clearly stating which location(s) the pricing applies to.

Manditory Site Visit Respondents are advised that attendance at the site tour is mandatory in order to submit a quote for this scope. The Respondents shall RSVP a minimum of 48 hours in advance of the tour by emailing procurement@aer.ca. The site visit will include a tour of the current CRC and MCRF pest treatment areas. Any questions must be submitted by emailing procurement@aer.ca. The AER will ONLY respond to questions sent via email before the questions deadline of June 5, 2025 at 14:00:59 which will be responded to and posted to APC on June 10, 2025.
