Description

The Work is generally comprised of: • Traffic accommodation for bridge construction; • Care of water and environmental management; • Erosion and Sediment Control; • Demolition and disposal of existing bridge; • Structural and channel excavation; • Backfill; • Supply, Fabrication, and Construction of a new 56 m, three-span (18-20-18) SLC700 Standard girder superstructure with cast-in-place concrete abutments, and custom steel pipe pile piers. • Supply, fabrication, and installation of TL-4 double-tube bridge rail, w-beam guardrail, and FLEAT350 end terminations. • Vegetated Heavy rock Riprap – Class 1; • Environmental Offsetting Measures – Willow Staking and Washed Rock placement; • Fencing – Removal, Temporary, and New Class ‘B’; and, • Roadway construction and side slope improvement work.
