Description

This RFP is open to all interested vendors. The City of Calgary is seeking a single Proponent to supply and install new fitness equipment, offer maintenance and repair services for both new and existing equipment, as well as manage the lifecycle replacement of aged, outdated, or broken fitness equipment. This procurement process is not intended to create, and will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. The Agreement will be for an initial Term of three (3) years. The Agreement may be renewed one (1) time for two (2) years. The potential total term length is five (5) years.
