AB-2025-03916 - Construction Management Services for Ogilvie Ridge Townhomes

The City of Edmonton Non-Profit Housing Corporation, operating as HomeEd, is seeking proposals from qualified Construction Management (CM) firms to provide services for the development of approximately 70 affordable townhomes in the Ogilvie Ridge neighbourhood of Edmonton, Alberta. The project is currently in the design development phase, and HomeEd has secured Development Permit submission drawings. This RFP invites experienced Construction Managers to assist with budgeting, cost control, subtrade coordination, and construction execution under a CCDC5B Construction Management Contract. Proponents will be required to prepare a baseline schedule, monthly reports, and cost tracking documentation in coordination with the Owner and Consultant team. HomeEd is specifically seeking Proponents who can provide insight into the tradeoffs of starting foundation work in Fall 2025 versus Spring 2026 and include a recommendation as part of their proposal.
