Description

GEF Seniors Housing is one of the largest providers of subsidized seniors' housing in Alberta. Our mission is to provide friendly, affordable, secure housing and services for seniors in the Edmonton community. The intent of GEF Seniors Housing is to: create a Prime Vendor Food Distribution Contract which GEF Seniors Housing will commit to a spend of 75% of the food and food related products wherever possible. The annual spend on food and food related products is approximately three (3) million dollars. GEF Seniors Housing expects that the food service distributor to be an integral part of the process for providing products (dry goods, protein items, produce, canned goods and etc.) and delivery of the various commodities on an established scheduled time frame.
