Description

This procurement is for the new point of sale system across the VisitLethbridge.com Arena F&B entire system, including Luxury Suites, Lounge and Bar, concessions, and all satellite locations. To replace outdated P.O.S. System for Food and Beverage. This also provides an opportunity to increase functionality and efficiencies. We require a system that can incorporate our concessions, lounge, bar, in-seat service, luxury suites and our kitchens. A system that can move forward with future trends to ensure staff and customer satisfaction along with ease of use, live reporting, intuitive and Customer Relationship Management, CRM.
