Description

A successful proponent will be required to:

Supply and install an accessible ramp in accordance with BCBC and attached drawings.
Remove and reform existing stairs and associated structures.
Construct new retaining walls, cheek walls, and concrete paths.
Supply and install soil, hydroseeding, and an irrigation system to landscape areas.
Install snow melt system on ramp.
Perform necessary site grading, subdrainage, paver reinstallation, and adjust existing infrastructure.
Coordinate site safety and maintain public access during construction.
