Description

The JD Kline Water Supply Plant (JDKWSP) has a total of fifteen (15) light posts which provide area lighting throughout the parking lot. Halifax Water is seeking the replacement of fourteen (14) existing concrete light posts with aluminum light posts, including new concrete bases and LED lamp arms, as well as the supply and installation of LED light fixtures on one (1) existing aluminum light pole.
