Description

This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the District of North Cowichan (“North
Cowichan”) to prospective respondents to submit quotations for Commercial Dumpster
Services, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the
“Deliverables”).
North Cowichan is seeking bids from qualified proponents to provide commercial dumpster
services for waste, recycling and organics. The District currently has following number of bins:
• 19 Waste Bins
• 11 Recycling Bins
• 3 Organic Bins
