RFP 25-0019 - Supply and delivery of one (1) mid-sized truck - RFP 25-0019

The City of Prince Rupert is seeking proposals from qualified proponents in response to this request for proposals for the provision of Services to be carried out within the required schedule set out herein for the purchase and delivery of one (1) mid-sized pickup truck.
Submission and acceptance of proposals is contingent upon budgetary approval. The City of Prince Rupert reserves the right to accept or reject proposals based on approved budget constraints. Vendors will be notified upon successful budget approval, and adjustments may be negotiated. No binding contract exists until budget approval.

Scope of Requirements
The services will comprise procurement and delivery of products and services for the Project including, without limiting:
Supply and delivery of one (1) new mid-sized truck 4 x 4 extended or crew cab truck.
Provision of an equipment warranty and parts and servicing plan;
(Collectively, the “Services”) all to be carried out with consideration being given to a focus on value to the City and the Project budget.

Schedule:
Acquiring new unit No Later than Augst 31, 2025
Delivery of new unit to Public Works Yard No Later than September 30, 2025
