Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to select one (1) qualified Proponent to enter into contract ( Appendix A) with B.C. Pavilion Corporation (“PavCo”) to replace the existing Video Routing Switcher at BC Place Stadium that meets the specifications defined in section 1.
The anticipated project commencement date is December 15, 2025, with completion expected by January 16, 2026.

This RFP is not an invitation to treat and not a tender call or an offer and there is no intention by PavCo to make an offer by releasing this RFP.
