The Goods must meet or exceed the following specifications:

a. 6’x9.5’ or 6’X10’ welded wire panels with 1 base and 1 coupler per panel totaling 2,040 lineal feet
b. Powder coated finish in yellow or green color
c. Delivery and installation of fence panels and components
