Description

In 2020, the City started the desludging of Lagoon Cell #3. A small portion of Cell was desludged based on available funding at the time.
The intent of this RFP is to solicit quote for desludging the remaining portion of Lagoon Cell #3, estimated at approximately 1200 Bone Dry Metric Tons (BDMT).
