Description

The District of Kent will be allowing both electronic and/or hard copy bid submissions.

Electronic Quotes are to be in PDF format, have the file name “2025-08 ITT New
Tandem-Axle Dump Truck Purchase" and are to be emailed to:

info@kentbc.ca

Submissions submitted by email shall be deemed to be successfully received when displayed as new
email in the in-box of the District email address. The District will not be liable for any delay for any reason
including technological delays, issues by either party’s network or email program, emails not being
accepted through the District security firewall and the District will not be liable for any damages
associated with Submissions not received. If submitting by email, early submission is strongly
recommended.

Hard Copy Quotes are to be clearly marked “2025-08 ITT New Tandem-Axle Dump
Truck Purchase” in a sealed envelope and delivered to:
