Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (“Request for Proposals” or “RFP”) is to invite prospective proponents (“Proponents”) to submit proposals for an advanced, enterprise-scale intelligent space and energy management solution for UFV campuses. This platform is expected to go beyond traditional occupancy monitoring by incorporating multi-sensor data fusion, AI-powered predictive modeling, and automated decision support capabilities for strategic campus planning and building system optimization.
