The Richmond School District No. 38 (“SD38”) invites interested food distributors to submit Responses to qualify for a Standing Arrangement with SD38, under which SD38 intends to purchase for its teaching kitchens and other food programs, safe, quality and cost-effective, food produce, products and related food supplies (the “Goods”)
