This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective respondents to submit quotations for Adobe Creative Cloud VIP Annual Subscription, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
