Sealed bids will be received by Ville de Saint-Quentin until 2:00 p.m. local time, Tuesday, July 22, 2025, in the Bid Deposit Box located at the Municipal Building at 10 Desch nes Street, Saint-Quentin, N.B., E8A 1M1 for the Project No. 8534, Canada St. Upgrade, South Limits to Labrie St., Saint-Quentin, NB.
In general, the work consists in part, of supplying and installing a new storm drainage system and full roadway reconstruction that includes new concrete curbs and gutters along Canada Street from the southern Town limits up to Hotel-Dieu Saint-Joseph Hospital. Also included, is milling and paving Canada Street from the hospital to Rue Labrie. A new sanitary manhole and service for the Hospital will also be required.
Bid documents may be obtained only at the office of Boissonnault McGraw, 334 Dover Street, Campbellton, NB E3N 3M6, Tel.: (506) 789-1225 upon depositing the sum of one hundred and fifty dollars ($150.00) HST included, per bid set in the form of a certified cheque or cash payable to BOISSONNAULT McGRAW. Cost of tendering documents is non-refundable. Bid documents will be on display at the offices of Boissonnault McGraw, Town of Saint-Quentin and at the Construction Association Offices of Moncton,
Fredericton, and Saint-John.
Only Bidders who have obtained the Bid Documents directly from Boissonnault McGraw shall be eligible to submit a bid for this project.
Bids must be accompanied by the required amount of Security Deposit in the form of Certified Cheque in the amount of ten per cent (10%) (H.S.T. included). Certified Cheque shall be made payable to Ville de Saint-Quentin.
Contractors are encouraged to attend a pre-tender meeting that will be held at 2:00 p.m. local time, Thursday, July 17, 2025 at the Town of Saint-Quentin's Municipal Building, 10 Desch nes Street, Saint-Quentin, N.B. This meeting is not mandatory.
The lowest/highest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
This project is cost shared by the New Brunswick Department of Transportation and Infrastructure under the Provincial - Municipal Highway Partnership (PMHP) Program and the Ville de Saint-Quentin.
