AB-2025-04774 - RFP#24.0113 Human Resources Benefits Consulting Services

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Strathcona County (the “County”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Human Resources Benefits Consulting Services.  The County seeks a seasoned and qualified consulting firm to offer expert guidance and recommendations for its employee pension and benefit plans, leveraging both best practices and innovative strategies. Consulting and actuarial services include contract renewals and negotiations, financial analysis, claims analysis, plan design and management consultation, contract management support, and strategic planning on an ongoing and annual basis. The selected consulting firm will collaborate with the County’s Total Rewards branch of Human Resources, as well as its current benefit insurers or providers. Consultants must provide independent and unbiased consulting services and advice, refraining from endorsing specific benefits and pension programs or providers. The County’s previous provider has discontinued these services; therefore, we are seeking a new consulting firm.
