Description

Request for Bids (RFB) for the provision of Tow Service Providers for four (4) Restricted Towing Zones, further divided into fifteen (15) subzones in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Areas.
Scope of Work
Request for Bids (RFB) for the provision of Tow Service Providers for four (4) Restricted Towing Zones, further divided into fifteen (15) subzones to ensure that towing services are provided by qualified towing operators that possess that required experience, equipment, and training to safely and quickly remove disabled and damaged vehicles from the highway, and that services are provided at a reasonable cost to the public.

Restricted Towing Services will commence April 2026, with the onboarding of Tow Service Providers approximately one month prior.

Services will be required in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Areas.
