Description

Sawchuk Developments Co. Ltd., acting as Construction Manager and agent for the Regional District of North Okanagan, is pleased to issue a Request for Tender for the construction of a three-storey cultural building containing an art gallery, museum exhibition space, classrooms, gift shop, and a 160-seat theatre and ancillary spaces.

The GVCC will be new construction. The building structure is steel, and the building envelope is a combination of precast glass fibre reinforced concrete panels, curtain wall glazing and framing systems, and interior wood panelling. The site is located at 2901 31st Avenue, Vernon, British Columbia.
