TENDER CALL
Sealed tenders will be received by Village Bois-Joli until 2:00 pm local time, Monday August 11th, 2025, at the owner's office, Village Bois-Joli, at 1447 Avenue des Pionniers, Balmoral, New Brunswick for the following project:
Project No. 2503.0021 Caserne d'incendie d'Eel River Dundee
Village Bois-Joli, NB
Work, in general, consists in the construction of a new Fire Station of approximately 540 m2 on one level including a training class.
Tender documents may be requested by phone, email or fax, and may be obtained at the consultant's office, starting Monday July 21th, 2025, upon depositing the sum of $175 HST included, per tender, non-refundable. Cheque must be made payable to Corbo Inc. Bid documents can be viewed on the Construction Information Network (CINet) of the Construction Associations - Fredericton, Moncton Northeast, and Saint-John, N.B. and PEI for viewing purposes only.
Tenders must be accompanied by the required amount of Security Deposit in the form of Bid Bond in the amount of no-less than 10% of the tendered price (including taxes) made payable to Village de Bois-Joli.
Public opening of tenders will follow immediately after tender closing.
The requirements of the Canadian Standard Construction Documents CCDC-2 - (2020 modified) apply to this tender.
The lowest/highest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
