Description

As part of this project, BNS is seeking a consultant to provide schematic design services for multi-unit residential buildings (MURBs) suitable for public housing, on specific sites provided by BNS. The purpose of this assignment is to conduct a comprehensive design analysis to determine the most efficient and cost-effective type(s) of multi-unit residential building (MURB) design(s) (e.g. fourplex, eightplex, townhouse, etc.) for public housing, specific to the sites provided.
