Description

This Request for Proposal (RFP) outlines the contract scope for supplying all labour, materials, and equipment required to install transmission cable ducts across the Gorge Waterway in Victoria, B.C. The work includes shoreline areas and the marine environment between BC Hydro vaults located on either side of the crossing.

To support the RFP process, an optional virtual information session and site visit will be offered. Proponents are encouraged to participate in both. The virtual session is scheduled for July 23, 2025, followed by the on-site visit on July 24, 2025.

Delivery or completion date is February 2026.

This procurement may involve negotiation.

This opportunity is subject to Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement.
All responses should be in English.
