Description

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
The City of New Westminster invites submissions for the Parkades Rehabilitation Project in New Westminster, BC.

The following scope of work for the Front Street Parkade includes:

1. 1. 1. Repairing Access
    2. Renew traffic deck coating at access bridges, ramps, and pedestrian bridges
    3. Installing guardrails at 3 sets of staircases in the parkade
    4. Perform hazardous Materials Work
    5. Expansion joint Replacement

The following scope of work for the Fourth Street Parkade includes:

1. 1. 1. Soffit Concrete Scaling

The City has arranged an Optional Site Meeting, on Tuesday, July 29, 2025 at 10:00 am at the Front Street Parkade. Meet at the Attendant’s office at foot of Sixth Street Deck A of the Parkade
