Description

Complete two full renovations, one partial renovation and three shower conversions and lighting upgrades as follows:

Full Suite Renovation – #101, #104 Partial Suite Renovation - #210 Shower Conversion & Lighting Upgrades - #206, #305, #307

The scope covers complete interior renovations for one-bedroom, one-bathroom suites, including tub-to-shower conversions. Each suite will receive:
• Full bathroom upgrade
• Full kitchen replacement
• Flooring replacement
• Patch and repair all drywall as needed
• Painting throughout
• New lighting and electrical fixtures
• New plumbing fixtures and new ball valve installation/replacement
• Bedroom and Closet door replacement and adjustments
•Final cleaning and tenant-ready preparation
