This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of West Kelowna (the “City”) to prospective proponents to implement a series of energy conservation measures (ECMs) aimed at improving the efficiency and performance of the facility’s mechanical systems at Royal LePage Place facility in West Kelowna
