The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam (City) is requesting Expressions of Interest from qualified vendors for the supply and delivery of Hot In-Place Asphalt Recycling (HIPAR) equipment capable of delivering 100% on-site recycling with no offsite trucking, disposal, or plant processing. The goal is to identify advanced, field-tested technology that supports environmentally sustainable and cost-effective pavement rehabilitation of residential streets within British Columbia and Metro Vancouver. Interested vendors must also be able to provide ongoing support for the HIPAR system for a period of 18-months.
