Description

The OCRC is inviting proponents to submit proposals for a proponent to provide comprehensive website data scraping services focused on monitoring unlicensed mail-order marijuana websites. As Ontario’s government wholesaler of cannabis, OCS requires detailed, ongoing insights into the illegal online cannabis market to inform strategic decisions, support licensed partners, and identify gaps in pricing, assortment, and service offerings. The selected proponent will be responsible for collecting, structuring, and delivering data on product assortment, pricing, site characteristics, and consumer-facing services offered by these unlicensed platforms.
