The Resort Municipality of Whistler (RMOW) invites qualified engineering firms (Proponents) to respond to this Request for Proposal (RFP) to complete an Odour Control Study at the Whistler Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP). The study will assess the effectiveness and cost-efficiency of the current odour control system, evaluate alternatives, and provide recommendations to guide RMOW in planning potential upgrades or replacements.
