This Request for Qualification (RFQ) is an invitation by the City to prospective Respondents to qualify for eligibility to provide snow hauling services and is not an offer. Neither the issuing of this Request for Qualifications nor receipt of a submission will imply any obligation or commitment on the part of the City to enter into an agreement or contract of any kind in respect to any or all contents of this RFQ.
