Description

SD23, the Owner", is looking for proposals for consultant agreements covering Architect/ Prime Consultant Services for the design and construction of the Burtch Road Middle School.

The primary objective of this PDR is to determine the best option for the provision of a new middle school expansion at the Burtch Road site in Central Kelowna, addressing both enrolment pressures and educational needs. This middle school capacity expansion is part of the overall facilities plan to expand middle school capacity in Central Kelowna to enable the conversion of École Dr. Knox Middle School to a secondary school
