Description

The Board of Education of School District No. 60 (Peace River North) [SD60] is inviting Proposals for the design and replacement of the existing roofing membrane at Upper Halfway Elementary School, 22308 Upper Halfway Road, Peace River, BC.

The purpose of this RFP process is to have Proponents provide pricing for the complete design and installation of approximately 7,225 sq.ft. of 2-ply SBS membrane roofing, including all necessary flashings and fittings, removal/disposal of the existing roof membrane, flashings and fittings and provision of an RCABC RoofStar 10-year guarantee.
