Description

The City of Richmond (the “ City”) intends to engage one or more qualified external service providers to deliver a comprehensive suite of hardware, maintenance, systems, and support services to meet its organization-wide print service requirements. The objective is to reduce the City’s overall print volume.

This engagement includes the replacement, optimization, and centralized management of the City’s existing fleet of Multifunctional Devices ( MFDs), desktop printers, and specialized print equipment particularly within the City’s Clerks Department and Production Centre.

This initiative aligns with the industry-recognized model known as Managed Print Services (MPS) (the “ Project”),
