Tenders shall be submitted by completing this document and placing it in a sealed envelope, clearly marked on the outside "Pownal Parkade – Sprinkler System Upgrade; Attention: Purchasing Officer; 10 MacAleer Drive, Charlottetown PE C1E 2A1", and must be received by the Purchasing Officer, before 2:00:00 pm local time on October 28, 2025. It is the responsibility of the bidder to deliver the sealed tender to 10 MacAleer Drive, Charlottetown PE C1E 2A1 before the time indicated. Late Tenders will not be accepted and will be returned to the Bidders.
