Proposal packages are invited for the provision of professional engagement and strategic communications services. The successful proponent will be responsible for developing a comprehensive community engagement plan and strategy, and leading its implementation in support of the Town of Shediac's Net Zero Transition - Phase II.

- The Town of Shediac reserves the right to select the proposal that offers the best overall
value, as determined by all evaluation criteria outlined in the full RFP document, and is not
required to accept the lowest bid.
