The City is seeking proposals from experienced Proponents with capabilities to provide a permit intake solution. The City of Calgary is launching a modernization initiative to streamline Planning and Development Services (PDS) through a unified online platform for all permits. This solution will support all PDS application types and integrate AI-powered tools to improve user experience, ensure application completeness, quality, and accelerate approval timelines. The platform will enable efficient submission process, real-time feedback, and transparent communication between applicants and City staff. The City seeks experienced Proponents to supply, implement, and support this solution, with future scalability and integration capabilities.
