This Negotiated Request for Proposals (“NRFP”) is issued by British Columbia Investment Management Corporation (“BCI” or the “Corporation”) and invites Proposals from prospective Proponents to provide a comprehensive Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solution that will modernize our identity management processes, enhance our security posture, and ensure compliance with applicable financial services regulations. This represents our organization's first formal IGA implementation, moving from manual processes to an automated, scalable platform.  We are advancing our identity governance capabilities with the deployment of a scalable, automated IGA platform, replacing manual processes with a more robust and efficient solution.

The successful solution will serve as the cornerstone of our identity governance strategy, supporting our continued growth while maintaining the highest standards of security and compliance expected in the asset management industry.
