Description

Rosslyn Place Lodge is a three-storey building with 120 units, located at 10915 - 134 Avenue, Edmonton, AB T5E 1G4. This project involves the complete removal and replacement of the existing rooftop make-up air (MUA) units. GEF Seniors Housing has engaged CIMA+ to prepare the project specifications and drawings (attached). The intent is to deliver a turn-key solution, including all associated labour, supervision, materials, equipment, and coordination necessary for the successful completion of the MUA unit modernization. The successful contractor shall act as the Prime Contractor and assumes all responsibilities accordingly.
