This Request for Information (“RFI”) is issued by Strathcona County (the “County”) for the purposes of gathering information about the marketplace in order to assist in the determination of future purchasing options or requirements. Respondents are asked to respond to the County and provide the information requested below. The County’s Transportation and Engineering Operations (TEO) department is seeking information from qualified respondents regarding the availability and capabilities of Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Geographic Information System (GIS)-centric work order management systems. This RFI is issued to gather insights into market solutions that can support the County’s operational needs for managing linear transportation infrastructure assets such as roads, signs, culverts, drainage systems, and vegetation control.
