Description

Objectives of this project are to
1) conduct a structured organizational review and funding structure review of the KID;
2) clarify accountabilities including role responsibilities,
3) provide recommendations for structural funding options for future needs based on best practice research and 4) provide governance model recommendations based on the review and best practice research.
The final report from this project will fulfill the requirement to review the KID as a public agency under the Province’s Public Agency Secretariat’s (PAS) regular reviews.
