The proposed contract requires Tree Planting/Fill Planting of approximately 379,322 seedlings in the Sunshine Coast, and Tea Bag Purchasing and Application of approximately 110,812 seedlings in Mt. Elphinstone and West Redonda.

Sealed tenders for Tree Planting and Tea Bag Fertilization in the Sunshine Coast Resource Districts will be received by the Chinook Timber Sales Office, Timber Sales Manager, Chinook Business Area 46360 Airport Road, Chilliwack BC V2P 1A5, no later than 2:00 PM local time, December 16, 2025, at which time all tenders will be opened in private. Late submissions will not be accepted and will be returned to the bidder unopened.
