PHSA 17409 - RFP PHSA 17409 Apheresis Plasma Exchange Equipment

This RFP is being issued by Provincial Health Services Authority (“PHSA”) on behalf of itself and as an agent of Vancouver Costal Health Authority (“VCHA”) (collectively referred to as “Health Authorities”) to identify a Proponent to enter into a non-exclusive Contract between a Proponent and the Health Authorities , for the supply of the Apheresis Plasma Exchange Equipment, associated consumables, software and post warranty services described in Appendix H [Specifications] to the Health Authorities at their facilities listed in Appendix G [List Of Participating Health Authority Facilities].
