The City of Kelowna invites qualified contractors to submit proposals for the construction of the Burtch Road Extension from K.L.O. Road to Denver Road. This project includes an upgrade to portions of existing Burtch Road, including a roundabout and signalized and unsignalized intersections, as well as new construction for a portion of the project between the existing Burtch Road dead end north of the K.L.O. intersection and the existing Burtch Road dead end south of Stillingfleet Road.
