Notice is hereby given by the City of Richmond (“City”) of its intent to enter into an agreement for the delivery of cycling skills education courses to Grade 6 and 7 elementary school students in Richmond over a three-year period with HUB Cycling.

Anyone requesting more information and/or requesting that this contract be offered by way of a public competitive procurement process is asked to submit a statement of capabilities to the City’s Manager of Purchasing in writing by e-mail to purchasing@richmond.ca.
