BCI is issuing this RFP to establish up to six (6) Master Supply Agreements with recruitment firms specialized in placing executive and/or niche roles, for as and when requested services. External recruitment firms are occasionally used for senior level roles such as Vice President (VP), Senior Vice President (SVP), Senior Managing Director (SMD), and Managing Director (MD), as well as for niche or hard to fill positions such as cyber security and performance measurement.
