This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Strathcona County (the “County”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Festival Place Building Envelope Assessment and Design.

The County is seeking a supplier who can assess Festival Place’s building envelope to identify causes of water infiltration, using inspections, testing, and advanced diagnostic tools, and deliver a comprehensive report with photos, sketches, prioritized repair strategies, cost estimates, and timelines. Additionally, if approved to proceed to Phase 2, the supplier will prepare detailed design specifications that include drawings, and technical documents, ensuring compliance with codes, warranties, and long-term performance standards.
