Description

The AESO is seeking Insurance Broker Services for a period of five years. These services include, but are not limited to:

(a) Delivering insurance coverage placement for the AESO, which includes but is not limited to coverage for Directors & Officers Liability, Crime, General & Professional Liability, Property / Boiler & Machinery, Terrorism and Cyber (the “AESO Required Insurance Coverages”);
(b) Evaluating and renewing any insurance placements, including but not limited to the AESO Required Insurance Coverages, on an annual basis; and
(c) Delivering strategic advice and ongoing support for the AESO’s commercial insurance program, as well as providing advice on third party contracts, such as insurance-related clauses in contracts and statements of works, as required.
