1.1 Invitation to Proponents

(1) This Request for Proposals ("RFP") is an invitation by The Town of Hartland
(the "Town") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of
Floating Docks and Gangway and Associated equipment as further described in Part 2 - The Deliverables (the "Deliverables").

This is a tender notice only. In order to submit a bid, you must obtain official tender documents from the New Brunswick Opportunities Network, another authorized tendering service or as indicated in the tender notice.
